LitUp Writers seeks humorous first-person essays about family – stories that involve your family, their quirks, rituals, routines and family bonding. Anything goes as long as it’s related to family. Ideally, we seek pieces that are both funny and personal; stories that reveal something about the author through a humorous lens.

Selected stories will be read, by the authors, before a live audience on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Space Gallery in San Francisco. A mandatory rehearsal will be held on Sunday, November 7, 2010.
