LitUp Writers seeks humorous first-person essays about new beginnings, times you have reinvented your own wheel, transformed yourself or attempted a personal upgrade. Stories of either wild success or horrific failure are welcome. Selected stories will be read before a live audience on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at the Space Gallery in San Francisco. A mandatory rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Space Gallery, sometime in the evening.
